My name is Wendy Van Camp and I am the artisan behind Indigoskye Bead Fashions. I have been in business since January of 1997. A former inner city high school teacher and freelance video producer/director, I now work full time at my art from my home office and couldn't be happier for it. Handmade jewelry making started as a hobby. When trying to save money for my wedding, I decided to hand bead a bridal veil and to make all the jewelry for my bridesmaids. From there, I started to experiment with wire wrapping and more beadweaving, developing the line of jewelry you see today. Currently, I sell online via this online gallery, various festivals in the Southern California area and conventions.
